Have you ever typed a word, specifically in a script font, to find all the letters are separated? I'll show you two ways to make them bear on for one continuous manus-lettered word.

The first mode to do it is merely by highlighting the word and going upward to the toolbar nether Letter Space. If you click the up pointer the letters volition get further apart. If you click the down pointer they will move closer together.

While that method works for a lot of fonts, it doesn't work for all of them.

The 2d method takes a piffling more work but you tin can get in more custom.

To do this, starting time by highlighting your text. Then in the upper right-paw corner click the Ungroup push button. This will make each alphabetic character an individual layer.

Since they are all single letters at present you can click and drag each of them effectually. Making them as close to each other as you lot would similar.

For script fonts, you can overlap them a footling bit. This is where you lot tin practise something a little more custom. I similar to move them up or down a piffling besides to give the word a more modernistic calligraphy bounciness.
